Welcome!
The Harvard Decision Science Laboratory is a campus-wide interdisciplinary lab conducting research on the social and emotional factors that influence people's judgments and decisions. Lab studies are run by researchers from disciplines including psychology, economics, and others.
We welcome participants from the Harvard community and beyond. Most studies take less than one hour, and are a fun and interesting way to earn some money and learn more about the factors that affect your decision-making.
Compensation: payments range from $15 to $40, with an average of $20.
Eligibility: In order to participate, you need to be over 18 and a fluent English speaker. You also need to be eligible to receive payment from Harvard University (all U.S. citizens and most foreign residents are eligible).
Important: you cannot participate in the same study twice. Participating in one study may make you ineligible to participate in other, similar studies.
