		<description>I enjoy this blog.  I notice in your quote of Bolten that he maintains plausible deniability.  He says that the budget is improved, that there were tax cuts, that tax cuts stimulate growth and that growth raises revenues. But he does not actually SAY that the tax cuts made revenue higher than it would otherwise be. He leaves it to the useful idiots in the media to draw the inference.</description>
